P3. Enhance the experiences of staff and students through dedicated training and support services with specialist knowledge and expertise

As we learn from our wider community and build a more reliable foundation for blended learning, we need to pave the way for staff across the institution to feel supported in developing their practice in support of education. The experiences of our students rests on many shoulders, all of whom are integral to the high quality we expect for those attending Cambridge. We will commit to supporting all staff in engaging more effectively within their roles and develop key skills in support of their career.

In designing bespoke pathways of learning responding to the needs of our students, academics, librarians, and administrators who continually enhance and engage with education at Cambridge we aim to provide further knowledge, experience, skills, and resource that lead to innovation.
